Centers Receive Certification

After much hard work – we are pleased and excited to announce that all five Career Centers in our Region have been certified! 

NCWorks Career Centers are certified through a process that helps us guarantee the centers meet the highest standards of performance and service delivery.  To be awarded certification, every member of a center’s staff must successfully complete a course of required training.  Center staff are required to complete three sections of training.  Section One contains training on:  Labor Market Information (LMI); Career Advising and NCWorks Online; Section Two contains training on Customer Service, Disability Awareness and Career Pathways; and Section Three contains training on Facilitating Career Development.

We appreciate all the hard work by our staff to earn this certification!
